We are currently expanding our services across the UK and are seeking to recruit a number of experienced pharmacists that can support the delivery of our Clinical Review Programmes. In alignment with our protocols, the successful candidates will collect and review patient identifiable data, deliver patient review clinics and also recommend appropriate medication changes.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced GP/CCG pharmacist, although good clinical pharmacists from other sectors will be considered. Suitable candidates will have the following experience/qualifications:

  • Degree in Pharmacy, MPharm/BPharm
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • 2 years post- qualification experience
  • Primary care experience
  • Strong clinical focus and knowledge
  • GP practice clinical systems experience
